Here are the letters received by the Famille chrétienne editorial team, following the article published at the beginning of September on Dr Trotta’s latest book: ” L’alimentation vivante, la première médecine “.

– ” I’d like to congratulate you on your excellent article ” l’alimentation, médecine vivante ” in issue no. 1914, September 20-26 (pages 32-35). Having allergic children and an autistic child who  follows the GAPS diet (no gluten, no sugar, no cow’s milk, no rice, no potatoes), I’ve been aware for many years of the importance of a healthy diet for better health and therefore very few visits to the doctor. And your article has the merit of providing a comprehensive overview of the issue. Thank you to Doctor Pascal Trotta for his honest concern for the health of his patients and readers . Sophie

– ” Hello

I’m not a doctor, but I’d like to reply to Doctor Véronique Garin (Readers’ Forum FC 1906 page 8) that yes, gluten and milk intolerance can cause serious autoimmune diseases.

When the rheumatologist told me I had rheumatoid arthritis associated with Gougerot’s syndrome, the situation was serious, as I was covered at 100% by social security for the treatment protocol.

Not wanting to remain a suffering invalid for life (the pain is torturous and paralyzing),  I finally wanted to convince myself that a gluten- and milk-free diet could be a source of healing.  Indeed, it seemed unthinkable to me that food could be the cause of such illnesses.

I did the diet for a year with many relapses,  I had signs of recovery that encouraged me and then I convinced myself  to do the diet all the way.

Six months later, I’m cured and as soon as I start taking milk and gluten again, the rheumatic inflammations start up again.

The tests never proved  that I was allergic to milk and gluten.

It was by listening to my body and the way it reacted to what I ate,  to Doctor Seignalet’s book ‘L’alimentation la troisième médecine’, and to the testimonies of people healed by the same diet, that I took the plunge.

Good for me. I give thanks.

Best regards. “Typhaine

– As soon asa courageous doctor like Dr Trotta proposes something different from the usual medical consensus in FC (n°1914 pages 32 to 35), there is an outcry (cf. the latest letters from readers). This just goes to show the extent of the lack of serious information in Catholic circles on the many and varied abuses of the French healthcare system.
Two current examples :
The dismantling of the Pediatric Oncology Department (OP) run by Dr Nicole Delépine, at the Raymond Poincaré Hospital in Garches (RPC), which specializes in children’s bone cancers by therapeutic regimens that are unique in France, have proven their effectiveness over the past 30 years and have saved many lives to date, but ” which do not fall within the scope of the cancer plan “.
The Haut Conseil de Santé Publique’s recommendation to massively introduce HPV vaccination in schools to combat cervical cancer, by lowering the vaccination age to 9 for both girls and boys… This vaccine is dangerous (numerous complications have already been recorded abroad, where it is being called into question) and not very effective, prescribed to facilitate multiple sexual relations, and useless for those who refuse them. (Cf. article in attachment, which I wrote back in 2009 ! + 2 more recent ones).
Please note that Pr. Henri Joyeux is circulating a petition against this mass vaccination, which you should sign and get others to sign.

It would be great if FC could raise awareness of these important social issues. “
