Take the following proven supplements for natural, lasting weight loss:

1/ First thing to change: breakfast
2/ In terms of quantity of food:
A king’s or queen’s breakfast, a prince’s or princess’s lunch, and NO DINNER!
And not the other way around, as is too often the case.
Because if you go on vacation by car without refueling (not eating breakfast), you won’t get very far (and you won’t be able to lose weight effectively over the long term).
If you want to lose weight even more effectively, I recommend “easy fasting”, i.e. having only soup or raw vegetables for dinner, so that at night you can eliminate the toxins and calories accumulated during the day and lose between 500 g and 1 kg/week in the early stages.
But to be able to fast in the evening, you have to eat a real breakfast, and to be able to eat a real breakfast, you have to fast in the evening.
It’s important to get off to a good start: I’d advise you to start tonight (it’ll be difficult), but tomorrow morning you’ll be hungry
and you’ll be able to start a real breakfast and thus begin this ecological, economical and sustainable weight loss.
BREAKFAST: If possible with protein, ideally a lightly-cooked boiled egg (liquid yolk)
or sheep’s cheese, lean ham, dried duck breast….
If possible wholemeal bread or wholegrain cereals. With or without fruit.
Always prefer whole fruit to fruit juice (which concentrates sugar and eliminates fiber).
Green tea or coffee. Avoid cow’s milk, which is fattening.
LUNCH: Always use vegetables of different seasons and colors, steamed or lightly cooked if possible (vegetables must retain their original color and not be softened by cooking, otherwise they lose most of their vitamins and enzymes).
Legumes (beans, lentils, chickpeas) 3x/week. It’s these legumes or brown rice that will keep your blood sugar levels balanced well into the evening, so you won’t feel the evening munchies.
Alternate meat, eggs and fish for breakfast. Prefer white meats without their fatty skin and blue fish such as sardines, which help you lose weight.
* Eggs are not to be feared, just as cholesterol is not to be feared. They are the best source of essential amino acids. The myth that eggs give you bad cholesterol is false. Eggs contain cholesterol, and we need cholesterol to live, because cholesterol is responsible for the production of all our hormones, including cortisol. The myth of bad cholesterol was invented by the American pharmaceutical industry to frighten people into taking blockbuster anti-cholesterol drugs (drugs that bring in several thousand dollars a year).
DINNER: that’s the secret with slimming supplements. Don’t eat dinner! Instead, take one or 2 large glasses of DRENADOCTA (from the 1-litre bottle, of which you’ve kept the quantity of 2 glasses). Drinking this drainer will keep you busy, fill your stomach and calm your hunger.
Do as I do, serve this DRENADOCTA in a nice glass as if it were an aperitif, and drink it slowly before dinnertime or while others are dining, or at any other time if you’re hungry.
It’s important to understand that by not eating any calories or carbohydrates at dinner, your body will draw on your fat reserves for nourishment.
DON’T DINNER = MICRO FASTING! which will trigger the accessory glucose synthesis program…from your fat reserves. It’s so simple, your body knows how to do it all by itself and automatically. And you’re going to lose weight at night! and it works! … provided, of course, that you didn’t eat anything at dinner, i.e. nothing! even a small piece of bread cancels this program. And it’s all the more effective if you take MINCIDOCTA at midday and DRENADOCTA in the afternoon and evening.
FOODS TO REMOVE
– white sugar, brown sugar. Replace with stevia, natural sugar or honey, but always in small quantities.
– sodas, cola, industrial fruit juices.
– fried foods
– cow’s milk products: milk and yoghurt in particular should be eliminated for 3 months if you want to lose weight effectively.
– snacking: eat at regular times. Eat 3 meals +/- a snack.
– if you like it sweet, it’s at snack time because the body assimilates sugars better in the afternoon.
FOODS TO AVOID IF POSSIBLE
– at lunchtime and in the evening: white bread, pasta, potatoes, desserts, wine, because they contain “fast” carbohydrates which, in combination with fat, make you fatter.
– potato chips, preserves, industrial foods.
You need to cook for yourself. It doesn’t take much time.
Food is your best investment.
When you think about losing 10 minutes for breakfast, you gain 1 hour of energy per day, and 1 month less of illness or fatigue over the year! It’s much more profitable than the stock market.
