Getting back into shape

“My experience of the method recommended by Dr Pascal Trotta for getting back into shape:

I’m spontaneously sporty, but at 54, with age and work taking its toll, I had, like almost everyone else, put on weight and weighed 84 kilos, whereas at 20 I weighed 74.

In addition, my cholesterol level, which is usually borderline, had recently risen to :

2.75 g/l on 19/10/2016 for a maximum of 2.15 allowed, HDL (“good” cholesterol) correct at 0.59, LDL (“bad” cholesterol) at 1.91 and Total/HDL ratio at 4.7 (normal below 5).

Worried about this drift, I spontaneously began to pay more attention to my food in order to lower my cholesterol level.

A check on November 10, 3 weeks later, brought this level back to the upper limit of normal:

2.15 g/l, HDL at 0.53, LDL at 1.41. It was better but not perfect and I hadn’t lost any weight…..

So I decided to take the bull by the horns and follow Dr Trotta’s complete prescription:
6-day evening fast, drena , omega 3(OMEDOCTA ), MINCIDOCTA and pro biotic(PRODOCTA ) as prescribed.

I started very motivated for my health on Sunday November 13 evening until Friday November 18….

By Friday November 18 I had lost 7 kilos to land at 77 kilos: fantastic !!!!

I had another biological check-up on the Friday morning of November 18:

Total cholesterol: 2.07 g/l
HDL: 0.61g/l
LDL: 1.3 g/l

The counters exploded: the total cholesterol level plummeted and the HDL level: “the level of centenarians” the biologist told me (over 0.6)
Incredible, I couldn’t believe it and I was extremely satisfied, because I didn’t believe I was doing so well, so quickly.

I started cycling again, my back suddenly stopped hurting and I continued fasting two evenings a week to do even better with the daily supplements provided:

In December, I weighed 73 kilos and stopped taking my biological readings.

In one month I had lost 11 kilos with a little willpower, good natural supplements, by continuing to work and by doing sport again (mountain biking 10 to 20 km on weekdays, home trainer 10 km on weekdays) with much less fatigue than before.

In short, I’m in better physical, psychological and even biological shape than I’ve been in a long time.
So I’m going to maintain this micro fasting regime at least twice a week to stay at this healthy weight, while enjoying regular dinners with family and friends: I’ve been doing it since Christmas and I haven’t gained an ounce back.

A great experience to share, without a doubt, for those who are determined to get better.
