Acne is not inevitable. Acne can be treated very well without any chemical medication.
Prescribing the pill to a 15-year-old girl with acne is ecological nonsense. Not only will we be blocking her natural cycles at an age when it’s absolutely essential to let them take hold naturally, but we’ll also be increasing her future risk of breast cancer….. all this to treat unsightly pimples that can be treated in other, much more ecological and natural ways.
Ro-accutane or its generics (Curacné and Procuta), (isotretinoin) prescribed to treat acne, is in itself a potentially very dangerous drug which can lead to suicide attempts(http://avrg.unblog.fr/notre-association/).
Treating acne with chemical drugs can either increase the risk of breast cancer or encourage suicide attempts.
We’ve become accustomed to treating everything with chemical drugs, and this blog is here to show you that there’s a very good alternative.
Acne has several origins: genetic (there are families with acne), nutritional and hormonal. Acne is most common around puberty, due to hormonal impregnation (testosterone in boys, estrogen in girls), which encourages pimples to break out.
It is less well known that the modern refined Western diet favors micro-inflammation and the appearance of pimples.
On the other hand, the skin is an emunctory. What is an emunctory, Doctor? It’s an organ that eliminates toxins. There are four main organs in the human body that eliminate toxins: the intestine, the kidneys, the lungs and the skin. Women have one more emunctory: their menstruation from the age of 12 until 50. This may explain why women live an extra 8 years, since they can eliminate more toxins during their periods than men, and therefore have a regular monthly capacity for toxin self-elimination.
Blocking a woman’s periods with the pill or IUD is therefore not harmless, as it reduces the elimination of toxins.
So the skin is an organ of toxin elimination: acne is an inflammatory pimple that can be the outlet for certain toxins from foods poorly tolerated by the person’s metabolism.
For example, reduced elimination of toxins by the intestine (constipation), or reduced menstrual flow (pill or IUD) can aggravate acne.
First and foremost, you need to deeply balance your intestine, and therefore your diet, which helps reduce the inflammation that causes many acne pimples.
Stop all cow’s milk products: milk, yoghurt, fromage frais, petits suisses, and other flans and “danettes”…. because they contain milk that is made for calves and not for humans, and which is a pro-inflammatory food and contributes to the maintenance of acne. Avoid white sugar, which acidifies the body and skin.
Eat nuts, sardines and mackerel regularly. Avoid fried foods and prefer extra-virgin and first cold-pressed olive, walnut or rapeseed oils to sunflower and palm oils.
Take daily for 3 months:
– OMEDOCTA 2-0-0 (two capsules before breakfast)
In the morning, apply BELLADOCTA cream and in the evening HYDRADOCTA.
These two products work together to reduce skin inflammation and promote acne healing.
They can be ordered from www.dr-trotta.fr or by calling 05 54 54 44 43.
This treatment, which has been tried and tested in clinics for 10 years, can reduce 80% of most acne cases without the use of chemical creams or dangerous drugs.
So prefer a more natural treatment to treat the real causes of acne, not just the symptoms.
Also take this homeopathic treatment: until the acne disappears
Belladona 9ch 5 granules /day, if red pimples
Natrum muriaticum 15 c 5 granules/day. If acne on the forehead and desire for salty foods
Eugenia Jambosa 5CH if aggravated during menstruation
Selenium metallicum 5 c for blackheads on oily skin
Hepar sulfur calcareum 5CH if pustular acne sensitive to touch with tendency to infection
If after three months the efficacy is not sufficient, you will need to add: for a further three months
PRODOCTA 1-0-0, one capsule every morning before breakfast and continue
OMEDOCTA 2-0-0, 2 capsules before breakfast to improve intestinal flora.
In my experience, the skin has 9 layers and it can take more than 9 months of treatment to get rid of stubborn acne naturally.
For stubborn acne, auricular acupuncture is sovereign because it balances our brain: knowing that our skin is the “unwound brain”, a well-balanced brain will ensure a well-balanced skin. What’s more, this French acupuncture regulates the intestine, the skin and the hormones in a balanced way (homeostasis), helping to considerably reduce acne.
