Arterial hypertension (AH) is an increase in blood pressure above commonly accepted norms. The true definition of hypertension is a blood pressure permanently above 160/95 mm of mercury.
If blood pressure is too high, there’s a risk of hemorrhagic stroke, when a small arteriole in the brain ruptures as a result.
This is why doctors suggest chemical treatment to lower hypertension as soon as it exceeds these norms.
Unfortunately, over the last twenty years or so, the pharmaceutical industry has been insidiously lowering blood pressure levels, just as it has lowered cholesterol levels, so that more and more patients are taking these chemical treatments for life, without any real discernment.
So when Dr Trotta began his medical studies in 1981, the commonly accepted norms for BP and cholesterol were 160/95 mmHg and 3g.
Little by little, these standards have been artificially lowered to increase prescriptions, and currently stand at 145, 150/80 mmHg and 2g cholesterol.
The figures shown on the blood pressure monitor or on the biological test printout say you’re ill when you’re not, and you’re taking lifelong treatment when you’re not.
Of course, continuous hypertension above 160/95 should be treated, but treating someone with a systolic of 14 mm and a diastolic of 80 mm can lead to hypotension and falls, which can be potentially serious if you’re elderly.
It’s also a mistake to prescribe cholesterol-lowering statins for cholesterol levels of 2.30 g or 2.50 g, as these drugs will have harmful effects on your liver and muscles even though you’re not ill (read this article to find out more about cholesterol).
Too many people also take blood pressure medication too quickly, when natural solutions exist and have not been implemented.
Taking 2 or 3 blood pressure readings at the doctor’s isn’t enough to know if you’re hypertensive. Seeing a white coat alone increases your blood pressure by 10%; the stress of going to your doctor and waiting artificially increases your blood pressure.
You should measure your blood pressure regularly at home with a blood pressure monitor, or have a blood pressure Holter (prescribed by your GP or cardiologist), which is a measurement of your blood pressure over more than 24 hours (day and night) that allows you to calculate an average and find out if you really are hypertensive.
The first thing to do is to modify your diet, as more than half of hypertension is due to nutritional errors and excess weight.
Losing 10 kg can lower blood pressure from 17 to 16 and avoid a lifetime of chemical medication!
A month’s effort to avoid 30 years of lifelong chemical medication is worth it, isn’t it?
Follow Dr Trotta’s advice to lose weight naturally with evening micro-fasting.
It is essential to lose your excess kilos before taking a chemical treatment.
Take DRENADOCTA Dr Trotta’s Detox Drainer has been specially developed for this purpose, and will help you stimulate your kidneys to eliminate the water retention that swells your arteries, and will help you lose excess kilos if you take it in the evening, thus achieving the evening micro-fasting in place of dinner. It’s an elegant way of slimming down gradually, naturally, efficiently and without frustration, because you can have a king’s breakfast and a prince’s lunch, and have two free days a week in the evening to dine with your family or friends.
This salt contains only NaCl, i.e. only sodium chloride. It is this pure sodium that will cause water retention and artificially raise your blood pressure.
This is the white salt we put in pasta cooking water, in rice, and which is added in abundance to bread and all industrial foods that contain too much salt, sugar and saturated fat.
If you have high blood pressure, before taking chemical medication, you should remove white salt from your diet: remove the visible white salt from your kitchen, which contains only NaCl, and use a complete salt such as RÉDOCTA.
This hand-harvested salt from the salt marshes of the Ile de Ré is rich in :
– potassium: this compensates for the negative effects of sodium, preventing it from causing hypertension. It can be consumed by hypertensives.
– magnesium : helps reduce arterial spasms and the negative effects of stress, thus lowering blood pressure.
– natural silica (derived from the clay at the bottom of salt marshes, which gives this salt its grey color): silicon promotes the flexibility of arteries and arterioles, thus reducing blood pressure.
If blood pressure is also caused by chronic stress, take ZENADOCTAto compensate for the negative effects of stress on your body.
The melatonin it contains helps to repair neurons at night, while lemon balm and valerian soothe the nervous system and, by relaxing the nerves, gradually reduce blood pressure, which is also linked to mental tension.
Only if your high blood pressure persists despite all these common-sense measures should you consider taking a chemical treatment.
And, of course, before taking any lifelong treatment, you must do everything in your power to correct the errors that are at the root of this hypertension, and it is possible to do so.
In this way, more than half of all patients could avoid taking lifelong chemical drugs, which are prescribed too quickly and often in excessively high doses, particularly in the elderly, leading to life-threatening falls.
