Recurrent urinary tract infections: the natural solution

urinary tract infectionRecurrent urinary tract infections: the natural solution

There are 2 types of urinary tract infection:

– Urinary tract infections without fever, which mainly affect the bladder and are commonly known as cystitis.

– Urinary tract infections with fever, affecting a solid organ of the urinary tract: prostatitis (prostate), pyelonephritis (kidneys).

These infections are caused by the growth of bacteria in urine that is normally sterile.

The three periods of life when urinary tract infections are most common are early childhood (girls and boys), adolescence and menopause.

In early childhood, urinary tract malformations are often the cause of these infections, and university hospital medicine is well placed to treat them.

In adolescence or young adulthood, the first sexual relations are often the cause of a woman’s first cystitis: commonly known as “honey-moon cystitis”.

During the menopause, hormonal deficiency, combined with stress, often leads to disruption of the urinary and intestinal balance, resulting in these infections.

Most germs found in urinary tract infections are Gram-negative bacilli, and Escherichia Coli is the most common culprit.

These are germs that occur naturally in the intestine, and whose origin is exclusively intestinal.

These bacteria pass into the bloodstream because the intestinal mucosa is hyper-permeable:

What is intestinal hyper-permeability, Doctor? That’s a very good question. Because many illnesses are caused by it.

The drawing below shows from top to bottom :

– the lumen = the inside of the intestine

– The inner lining of the intestine, called the mucosa

– blood

– and finally, the main diseases caused by intestinal hyperpermeability.

Elements present in the intestinal lumen are shown at the top, and must not be allowed to pass into the bloodstream, otherwise they will be considered foreign, i.e. non-physiological, and will be eliminated by the body’s immunological and inflammatory response. Toxins, bacteria or viruses (micro-organisms) and gluten cannot pass through a healthy intestinal mucosa. Why can’t they?

The cells of the intestinal mucosa are called enterocytes, and they are all glued together, so that whatever reaches the bloodstream must pass through these enterocytes: this is the “filter” of digestion.

The picture on the left shows a normal intestinal mucosa, with all cells glued together. There are no gaps between the cells for an intruder to squeeze through. It’s a well-guarded, hermetic boundary. That’s what intestinal nature is all about.

At top right and opposite enlarged, the cells are no longer glued together, there are open spaces where intruders can sneak in without passing through the digestion filter.

Undigested gluten, micro-organisms (bacteria or viruses) and toxins are smuggled in, triggering disease.

And what is the cause of this intestinal hyperpermeability?these micro-holes in the intestine, these open interstices in the intestinal barrier?

Mainly to the conditions of modern life: chronic stress, excessive vaccination, antibiotics, drugs, various pollutants (colorants, synthetic additives, pesticides, heavy metals…).

In the case of recurrent urinary tract infections and cystitis, the origin of your infections lies in your intestine!

What’s worse is that, precisely to treat your infections, you’re prescribed antibiotics, which are certainly effective, but which will disrupt your intestinal flora, aggravating this intestinal hyperpermeability. This in turn facilitates the passage of bacteria into your bloodstream, which in turn colonizes your bladder, leading to the recurrences that are ruining your life.

With the exception of early childhood urinary tract infections due to malformations, and the first cystitis in young women, most urinary tract infections in women and recurrent urinary tract infections have an intestinal origin.

Minute antibiotic treatment is extremely effective in 99% of cases.

The only problem is that if the imbalance in the intestinal flora at the root of these infections is not corrected in depth, taking this antibiotic will aggravate the imbalance and often lead to chronic and repeated urinary tract infections, plunging you into the vicious circle of infection-antibiotic-infection.

Repeated use of antibiotics not only weakens the intestinal flora for a long time to come, but also causes deep-seated disturbances in the organism, increasing the risk of allergies, infections of all kinds, and food intolerances that can lead to certain autoimmune diseases. Repeated antibiotic treatment of recurrent urinary tract infections is therefore neither harmless nor safe.

Here’s some common-sense advice to help you gradually break the vicious circle of infection-antibiotics-infection and return to health, naturally.

So how best to prevent these recurring urinary tract infections?

1/ DETOX DRAINAGE: 10 days of drainage to cleanse your urine, purify your kidneys and purify your bladder.

The following plants contained in DRENADOCTA, diuretics will stimulate your kidneys and cleanse your entire urinary tract: yarrow, heather, watercress, pilosella.

We also recommend regular Detox-Drainage sessions at the beginning of winter and 10 days in early spring.
To maintain perfect health, it’s very important to carry out regular draining and detoxification of the body.

Especially at the change of season, as this will allow the body to cleanse itself from the inside out.

And so avoid as many infections and illnesses as possible.

DRENADOCTA is the Draineur-Detox developed by the doctor to perform this function.

It contains 23 plants that act synergistically to stimulate the body’s main toxin elimination organs: liver, kidneys, skin and lungs.

Its pleasant taste makes it an ideal ally for preventing illness, especially infections.

Simply fill a 50 ml measuring cap and pour into 1 l of low-mineralized water, such as Volvic or Mont Roucous.

And drink this liter of water throughout the day for a natural detox.

DRENADOCTA also helps lose water retention and excess calories.

DRENADOCTA will help you avoid excessive weight gain in winter and early spring.

DRENADOCTA enables evening micro-fasting an economical and effective method developed by dr trotta to help you slim down naturally.

2/ STRENGTHEN YOUR INTESTINAL FLORA:

Intestinal flora is the collection of billions of bacteria in our intestine.

Our health depends on its balance.

Excessive use of antibiotics, chemical drugs, chlorine in drinking water and generalized asepsis considerably weaken this flora.

An unbalanced intestinal flora will lead to more infections, allergies and illnesses.

To rebalance your intestinal flora naturally and effectively, Doctor Trotta has developed PRODOCTA, a complex of four strains of lactic ferments to rebalance your flora towards a health-promoting fermentation flora.

Take for 3 months PRODOCTA which is a blend of four highly concentrated lactic ferments with 5 billion bacteria per capsule.

Taking one capsule each day before breakfast will be enough to balance your flora and prevent urinary tract infections.

This provides powerful natural immunity and protects not only against urinary tract infections, but also against other viruses, bacteria and allergens, and will also help reduce any food intolerances you may have.

3/ ABSOLUTELY AVOID SUGAR : sugar is the favorite food of urinary tract bacteria. So ban white and brown sugar from your diet, and avoid sweets as much as possible, replacing them with natural sugars such as fructose from fruit, honey or agave syrup. Never replace sugar with synthetic sweeteners such as aspartame or saccharin, which are urinary tract irritants, and prefer a natural sweetener (stevia, or 70% dark chocolate). To reduce the number of urinary tract infections, I also recommend limiting red meat consumption to just twice a week, as excess animal proteins encourage urinary micro-calculi that irritate the bladder or kidney mucosa, a source of infection.
Cranberry tea between episodes of urinary tract infection will also help purify your urine.

You should also avoid excessive consumption of dairy products: two cow’s yoghurts a week maximum, and avoid cottage cheese and milk, preferring instead sheep’s curds or goat’s or sheep’s cheeses. The official recommendation of three dairy products a day is absurd. As a specialist and nutritionist with extensive experience in the field (i.e. in contact with patients), Dr Trotta recommends limiting consumption of cow’s milk products to three or four a week, rather than three a day. Excessive consumption of dairy products leads to chronic micro-inflammation, which is the cause of many illnesses. What’s more, the addition of sugar to yoghurts multiplies the risk of urinary tract infection.

4/ If, despite all this advice, you still have infections, you’ll need a more powerful therapy, endo-biotherapy, and to do this, first carry out an immuno-balance.

If you have cystitis (a urinary tract infection without fever), here are my natural tips for treating it effectively

1/ First and foremost, avoid anti-inflammatory drugs and antibiotics as much as possible. Don’t rush into taking antibiotics, as this will encourage the recurrence of infections, and try to treat yourself naturally first.

2/ take BIODOCTA 10 drops EVERY HOUR for the first day until improvement, then increase to 10 drops before each meal and 10 drops at bedtime for 7 days.

BIODOCTA is a grapefruit seed extract blended with agave syrup;

It is ECOCERT-certified organic.

Highly concentrated at 800 mg per 100 ml, which explains its effectiveness;

BIODOCTA is truly the organic antibiotic-antiviral ally for the whole family.

It can be used at the first signs of urinary burning.

If there’s no improvement within 24-48 hours, then take an antibiotic, but follow all the advice in this article to avoid recurrence as much as possible; it works very well.

2/ Drink at least 2 litres of water with low mineral content (Volvic or Mont-Roucous) a day, into which you have added 50 ml or one capful of DRENADOCTA to purify your bladder and stimulate your kidneys.

3/ for those who order BIODOCTA, PRODOCTA or DRENADOCTA, dr trotta will send homeopathic advice on how to treat these infections at the same time as the order.

To facilitate the prevention and treatment of urinary tract infections, the Doctor has developed a cystitis infection pack including the three necessary products, and offering a 10% discount on all three products taken separately.

PRODOCTA 30: to heal the intestine, the cause of most urinary tract infections.

DRENADOCTA: to purify the bladder, stimulate the kidneys and perform a real Detox treatment to eliminate irritating toxins.

BIODOCTA 100ml: the natural alternative to antibiotics for treating cystitis.

3/ if you can, visit Dr Trotta’s Institute of Natural Medicine in San Sebastian for a scalar wave treatment session. that can decapitate a urinary tract infection within a day, without the drawbacks of antibiotics. This maximizes BIODOCTA‘s beneficial effects.

Here is an eloquent testimonial
