Some news, dear Doctor !
I started my slimming program less than a month ago and I’ve lost 2.5 kg. I’ve gone from 69 kg to 66.5 kg.
So I’m continuing with all the products I’ve re-ordered, adding your book on nutrition, because I need help.
I can’t have salty food for breakfast, nothing to do.
So, as usual, I take Kellog’s Fruits and Fibres cereal with small pieces of fresh fruit + no-sugar-added fruit juice.
Lunch is normal: raw vegetables, grilled meats + vegetables, and a piece of fruit.
I try it with a slice of Pelletier toast with nothing on it and half an apple.
I no longer eat dinner, but still have a whole apple around 7/20pm.
The real worry is that I haven’t yet had the courage to resume an hour of daily exercise. I sometimes walk for 2 or 3 hours and I climb my two flights of stairs several times a day, but it’s not enough.
I’ve continued taking Drenadocta every day and find it very beneficial.
I definitely feel lighter and can pull my stomach in.
The upper body has melted a little.
