Example:
Protein: boiled egg, ham or ewe’s milk cheese.
Gluten-free muesli with seasonal fruit.
Wholemeal bread with olive oil, tomatoes and mozzarella, for example.
Green tea or roibos or sugar-free coffee, of course.
Avoid refined and overly sweet cereals, fruit juices, sandwich bread and white bread.
