Intestinal hyperpermeability

What is intestinal hyper-permeability? Can you tell us what it is, Doctor?

Hyper-permeability of the intestine is what is more commonly known as porous intestine, or Leaky-Gut Syndrome.

It’s very important to understand what it is, because it’s probably the origin of most chronic illnesses, those famous diseases that official medicine calls etiological, idiopathic illnesses, i.e. illnesses without a cause.

The term “idiopathic” means “without cause”. It’s reassuring, it allows us to avoid asking too many questions, to remain intellectually lazy and to avoid making the necessary efforts to find the true causes of these chronic illnesses. After all, isn’t the doctor’s role that of a detective, to search with all his might for the causes of the illnesses presented by his patients, in order to treat them better? Because if we know the cause, we treat much better, whereas if we ignore the cause, or pretend to ignore it, we treat only the symptoms, the consequences, and are therefore much less effective and much more toxic.

During 12 years of medical school, I was never told about porous intestine, which is a bit rich for a future doctor, isn’t it?

It’s true that in medical school, the intestine is seen as a digestive tube that is entrusted to gastroenterologists who use endoscopes to analyze the inside of these tubes like plumbers, but not really many people in official medicine are interested in the intestinal mucosa and its hundreds of billions of bacteria. It’s starting to happen, but it remains marginal and, above all, without any beneficial therapeutic consequences for patients.

For diseases such as multiple sclerosis, the Parkinson’sCharcot’s disease (ALS) Alzheimer’s diseaseCrohn’s disease Hemorrhagic Recto-Colitis (UC), autoimmune thyroiditisautoimmune diabetes, lupus, Gougerot Sjögren’s disease, scleroderma, rheumatoid arthritis (RA), Ankylosing Spondylitis (APS)Pseudo-Poly-Rhizomelic Arthritis (PPR), bullous pemphigoid, dermato-myositis, nephropathy, glomerulonephritis, purpura, all autoimmune diseases autoimmune diseases etc. from numerous cancersIn short, all the complicated diseases of internal medicine, neurology, nephrology, dermatology, endocrinology… University hospital medicine says there’s no cause, that it’s idiopathic. The result is complicated treatments that are increasingly expensive and toxic, and less and less effective because they don’t treat the cause but the symptoms. Intellectual laziness combined with ignorance, or worse, the cynical desire to ignore the true causes of disease for the sake of unavowed conflicts of interest, is at the root of a colossal error in modern medicine, which is leading to a dead end for the cure of many patients, but which is a financial superhighway for drug multinationals.

But if you work honestly, if you have common sense, and you put your common sense at the service of medicine, and if you find good masters, honest scientists who look for and eventually find, like Dr. Geffard, you realize that most of these diseases have an intestinal origin. This is what my common sense has shown me over the 20 years I’ve been practicing nutritional medicine. And it’s why I called my first book “food, the first medicine”.. Because, in the end, caring for the intestine is the most important thing, and how can you care for the intestine if you don’t eat a healthy diet: food is indeed the first medicine.

Our hypothesis on the chronic diseases mentioned above is quite different, and links all these illnesses to a primary cause: intestinal hyperpermeability, which can be promoted by vaccine stress, excessive antibiotics and pesticides.

The diagrams below explain this very clearly.

1/ The small intestine is located in the center of the abdomen. It is shown here at G, curled in loops. It’s 6 to 8 meters long, so you could play jump rope with it. It is represented in cross-section on the right, and we can see its numerous villi which increase its exchange surface, from the 8m length of the intestine to over 200m2 of surface area, that of a soccer pitch!

2/ On the left, a normal intestine: the cells of the mucosa, the enterocytes, are glued together. This means that what passes from the inside of the intestine, the lumen, into our bloodstream necessarily passes through the enterocytes, in other words, digestion. Digestion is not simply the fractionation of food into assimilable molecules, but also the passage through this filter of our enterocytes, which present our cells, via the blood, with micro-elements rendered immunologically neutral, i.e. recognized as non-toxic, non-immunogenic pathologically.

Whereas on the right, in a diseased, permeable intestine, the enterocytes are no longer glued together, and there are holes, interstices between them that will let undesirable, undigested molecules through.

3/ What causes these holes, this intestinal hyper-permeability, Doctor?

The main causes of these intestinal lesions are: stress, vaccines, chlorine, food additives, pesticides, cow’s milk, chemical drugs (anti-inflammatory drugs come first, hence the importance of taking as little as possible, and treating pain with auricular acupuncture in particular).

4/ Unwanted bacteria, toxins and gluten fragments pass into the bloodstream, leading to infection, inflammation, oxidation and autoimmune reactions, all of which cause disease.

Intestinal hyper-permeability leads to the passage of fragments of intestinal bacteria, gluten or toxins into the bloodstream. These biological elements, which have not passed through the enterocytes but between the cells, through holes and pores (hence the name intestinal porosity), have not passed through the natural filter of digestion. They enter the bloodstream as “foreign bodies” and trigger an immune response, the production of antibodies designed to eliminate and destroy them.

Then these “foreign bodies” will attach themselves to tissues or organs: and this destination is guided by our genes; If you have a genetic susceptibility to :

– If you have multiple sclerosis, these antibodies will attach themselves to the myelin sheath of your nerves, and these antibodies will destroy the foreign body and the underlying myelin sheath, thus slowing down nerve conduction and causing the various symptoms of multiple sclerosis: motor, sensory, visual and bladder deficits, etc. ….

– poly-arthritis (rheumatoid factor positive), these foreign elements will attach themselves to your joint capsules and these antibodies will destroy the foreign body and the joint capsules to which they are attached, resulting in inflammation and joint pain.

– entheses (HLAB27) these foreign elements will attach themselves to your spinal and sacroiliac joint attachments, and these antibodies will destroy the foreign body and the joint attachments to which they are attached, resulting in inflammation and periarticular pain (SPA).

– thyroid: these foreign elements will attach themselves to your thyroid gland and these antibodies will destroy the foreign body and the underlying thyroid gland, causing it to fail (Hashimoto’s).

….etc for all other organs.

5/ Can intestinal hyperpeamility be treated?

Of course, not only can it be treated, it can also be prevented.

That’s what this blog and this Institute of Natural Medicine are all about: helping you discover that the cause of chronic illness lies in your gut, and that you yourself are in a very good position to be its best doctor.

1/ through healthy nutrition. Diet is your first line of medicine.

Read this book written by Dr Trotta to finally understand it all.

2/ by taking the right food supplements to heal these micro-holes in the intestine, making it impermeable to toxins, bacteria and undigested food fragments such as gluten, which is a neurotoxicant.

By regularly taking :

PRODOCTA PRODOCTA: Dr Trotta’s probiotics promote the fermentation flora, the flora of life, strengthening your intestinal microbiota and indirectly protecting your mucous membrane from pathogenic bacteria.

OMEDOCTA Dr. Trotta’s Omega3s, which must be combined with probiotics designed to work in symbiosis (i.e. together), nourish your mucosa. And a well-nourished mucosa is impermeable.

– and D3-DOCTA vitamin D strengthens the tight junctions between intestinal cells.

Taken every day for 3 months at first, and then in regular, repeated doses, your intestine will be in perfect health, and you’ll be able to prevent most illnesses and heal them ecologically at source, so you can get back on the road to full, natural, non-toxic health. True ecological and sustainable medicine.
