Doctor Pascal TROTTA’s advice for exhausted or overworked mothers.
“Since giving birth, I can’t really see the light at the end of the tunnel. “I’m tired all the time…”. “My periods and my children exhaust me…”
Here’s what I regularly hear in my consultations: mothers come to see me because they’ve reached the end of their tether.
The modern world is hard on women. Many women have told me “my grandmother lived better than me”. This modern world, which prides itself on feminism, treats women harshly, as they are now more often than not obliged to work outside the home. But the emotional and educational burden of young children falls mainly on women, even though modern fathers are increasingly involved in family tasks. The main burden is on women. Those who read this will recognize themselves in it and will not contradict me.
Women’s fatigue after childbirth and breastfeeding is mainly due to a little-known deficiency in good omega-3 fatty acids, caused by an imbalance between dietary fats (too much omega-6, such as dairy products, and not enough omega-3, such as sardines and walnuts).
Pregnancy (especially if it’s repeated and close together) and breastfeeding completely deficiency you in omega 3. Your baby’s brain and body need these good fats to build up. But since most women consume practically no nuts or sardines, they are already unknowingly deficient in these good fats. The fetus will therefore “dip into” your reserves, which is why, after giving birth, women sometimes experience the transient depression known as “baby blues”, which is in fact a real deficiency of good fats in the brain – a deficiency depression after all.
Fatigue and exhaustion are only the consequences of this deficiency. You’ll need to replenish your reserves and take the following for six months:
OMEDOCTA 2 capsules daily (before breakfast or dinner). (Order from www.dr-trotta.com)
Walnuts: 5/ day
Fresh or canned sardines or mackerel: 3x/ week
First cold-pressed rapeseed oil, mix with olive oil for all salads.
This Omega 3 deficiency in mothers is something I see regularly in my consultations here in Spain, and it’s a real public health problem that is poorly understood and poorly treated.
Taking 2 capsules a day ofOMEDOCTA every day for at least six months will gradually eliminate fatigue
I believe that mothers should adopt the same lifestyle and nutrition standards as professional athletes.
Society has a real interest in pampering mothers who work for the common good and the country’s future.
Add a soft-boiled egg or a bit of ham or sheep’s cheese
to your breakfast, which needs to be higher in protein to prevent you from feeling tired at 11am or getting the munchies in the afternoon.
The second most common cause of fatigue is iron deficiency, especially when menstruation is heavy.
Every month, women lose blood and must therefore replenish their iron reserves to avoid anemia, a major source of fatigue.
Look at the color of the conjunctiva of your lower eyelids: if they are not clearly red or pink,
and are rather pale, you are probably iron deficient.
Take it for three months:
SILIDOCTA two cap doses a day (before breakfast and dinner)
This natural plant complex contains everything you need to effectively treat
your micro-deficiencies in vitamins, minerals, trace elements, iron and silica.
Taking 2 capfuls a day will restore your vitality and drive.
Eat black pudding at least once a week (for those who like it), drink red wine regularly (you can prevent iron deficiency by drinking small quantities of red wine) and eat lentils, which are rich in iron. In the morning or evening, make ricorée infusions, which facilitate iron absorption and contain no caffeine.
Finally, take vitamin C regularly: Dr Trotta recommends 2 types of vitamin C
– L ascorbic acid C-DOCTA L ascorbic acid for those with a normal stomach not sensitive to acidity.
– For those with sensitive stomachs, Dr Trotta recommends Sodium C-DOCTA Ascorbate a non-acidic, alkaline formula of Vitamin C.
For each of these 2 powdered forms, take one teaspoon (in a glass of water) every morning or evening to prevent fatigue (contrary to popular belief, taking vitamin C in pure powder form, i.e. without excipients, does not excite, and provides excellent restorative sleep.
If you’re tired: take 1 heaped dessert spoon a day.
If you are exhausted, in burn-out take 2 to 3 teaspoons a day (i.e. up to 2Og of Vit C/day) without any danger to yourself, on the contrary. And if you have loose stools or mild diarrhoea, it’s a sign that you’ve taken the necessary dose of Vit C, and you should stop taking it for one or two days and then take a lower dose.
MOMMY’S SAFE, MOMMY’S BETTER, WHAT A JOY FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY!
In Spain we say “ama de casa” for mother of the family.
And I like to add an “L” to say “alma” the soul.
The mother is truly the soul of the home.
She is the one who gives life, who carries it and who defends it throughout her life. Caring for the soul of the home, the mother, means caring for the whole family.
If a mother is well, the whole family will be well. And if families are well, society will be more at peace.
Here’s a beautiful Medicine.
